For the past 15+ years, David has provided expert testimony, and has served as receiver, interim resource, project manager, and advisor for many clients and property types. His work has spanned the continental United States, Istanbul, Moscow, and St. Petersburg. David began his career at the property level for several assets throughout California and Portland, Oregon with Macerich, Bramalea Pacific, Hines and Ashforth Pacific, before focusing on the investment side of the business for Schnitzer West. Since 2006, David has been providing advisory services for owners, investors, lenders, and corporate users of real estate.
